One of my favourite ways to dye yarn is to look at photos (my own or others) and dye a yarn from them. Often these photos are from nature such as birds or as in this case, flowers.

I’ve used the same colourway on two different 4 ply bases. Our standard superwash sock and a pretty sparkle base that is a bit softer.
